Casa Mexicana AB uses DHL and Postnord for domestic transport in Europe. We currently offer free home delivery for orders above of 200 Euro. Delivery is carried out only on weekdays and according to the shipping company's current schedule, usually mornings. Local deviations may occur. If you want to know what is applicable to your particular location, please refer to DHL Customer Service 0771-345 345 or Postnord 0771-33 33 10. All deliveries are made to the doorstep and “in-home” delivery is not included. Be sure to inspect the item upon delivery. If your package is damaged, you should immediately report this to the driver so that a note is made on the shipping slip. It is the customer's obligation to check the goods at the time of receipt and note any eventual damage before signing up, otherwise you may be reimbursed. Return Policy

As a customer, you always have 14 days' right of withdrawal according the law. This means that if you buy a product from us you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. If you regret your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days. As a customer, you will pay any return shipping, and returned product will always be returned in a substantially unchanged condition as well as in its original packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return freight; This risk includes the product being damaged or disposed during shipping.
